Alfred B. Jordan
Alfred is an attorney with varied experience in accounting, project analysis, corporate and governmental positions. He has over 16 years of experience advising clients of all sizes in business matters.
Alfred has experience as vice president of an alternative energy company where he was responsible for drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance and risk management.
Alfred has worked as a corporate attorney for an international law firm with a practice involving acquisitions, divestitures and commercial law across a broad range of industries including energy, transportation and manufacturing.
Alfred has also worked as an accountant and project analyst for a national wireless and wireline communications company.
He was also formerly a member of the Jackson County Legislature (Jackson County, Missouri) which is responsible for oversight and policy for the county.
Alfred earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Missouri - Columbia and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri - Kansas City.
